Values Ambassador Spotlight: Charlie Hamilton

When staff need help, Charlie is there. If there's one thing employees know about Maintenance Technician Charlie Hamilton, it is that they can count on him to help our campus run smoothly and have the tools they need for success.

But Charlie's passion for Heartspring doesn't stop with his his role. In fact, he recently volunteered to be trained to serve the Heartspring mission in an additional capacity: direct care.

Today, in between his role duties, Charlie can be found in our group homes, assisting paraeducators in caring for students so that they always remain happy, safe, and healthy.
