Moniqueka Holloway joined Heartspring’s leadership team in July 2021; as the head of the new compliance department, she ensures adherence to state and federal regulations, provides management and oversight of policy formation, develops and manages the contract management process and contractual compliance to quality of programming, oversees risk management activities, and serves as the point of contact for Heartspring legal and liability insurance matters.

Moniqueka has more than 15 years of management experience, including program/business development, regulatory compliance, quality assurance, contract management, and risk assessment aptitude. Before Heartspring, Moniqueka was a contract and compliance manager for Wichita State University’s National Institute for Aviation Research. She holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Wichita State University and a master's degree in business administration from Southwestern College.

In 2022, Moniqueka was selected for the Wichita Business Journal’s 40 Under 40 Award. She also serves as the governor’s appointee for the Kansas Development and Finance Authority and Kansas Housing Resources Corporation board and serves on the Boys and Girls Club Impact Board.
